Fernando is a partner of Roland Berger’s Madrid office where he oversees the consumer goods and retail sector in Spain. Although his primary focus is on the Agribusiness sector, Fernando has also led both national and international projects in commercial due diligence, corporate and business strategy development, enterprise transformation, and commercial strategy.
Fernando specializes in generating value for shareholders by aligning key members to achieve strategic goals based on analytical decision-making processes.
Fernando has more than 19 years of consulting experience in corporate strategy, with a background in investment banking. Having been ordained an executive coach by the International Coaching Federation, he has been a sitting board member in several successful companies.
